At Accelerate Technologies CC, we didn’t set out to build just another IT company. We started by helping people around us. Fixing their systems, securing their networks, and making technology less frustrating. Before long, we realized that what came naturally to us could also create real value for businesses that needed reliable, secure, and modern technology solutions.

Our company is proudly 51% female-owned and youth-driven, built on the experience of two founders whose journeys in technology shaped who we are today. One of our directors, a woman who entered the corporate IT world at just 19, spent her entire career mastering the ins and outs of technology support and business systems. Her resilience, eye for detail, and leadership laid the foundation for a people-first business. 

Our co-founder, a computer science graduate and former bank system administrator with 8 years of experience in Namibia’s financial sector, brought technical depth and enterprise-grade expertise to the team. Together, they combined heart and skill to form Accelerate Technologies, an SME committed to empowering businesses through innovation.
